SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (PRINT MANAGEMENT)

  • As a full-time hybrid Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the client’s business development strategy.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering long-standing client relationships, and ensuring the sustained growth of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to reach or exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Regularly assess and report on progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and client projects.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Print Management / Print Industry sectors.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of reaching or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
  • Experience in the print media industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
