Position summary:

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from design through to completion. You will work closely alongside other Departments and the Central Operations Manager to ensure projects are planned, coordinated and executed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Project, the Recurrent Energy Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of project work. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Track delivery of the project including costs and timescales in order to deliver a high-quality solution on time and on budget

-Lead the development of project plans to identify project tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resourcing requirements

-Report and escalate to the head of projects

-Keep project plans, records and paperwork up to date and organized.

-Ensuring project management documentation and tracking kept up to date

-Ensuring KPI’s set by clients/internal departments are met, if there is any doubt that it will be missed, clients to be kept informed.

-Assist the team with H&S duties such as risk assessment, method statements, company policies, etc

• H&S responsibilities as per Recurrent Energy H&S Policy

-Facilitate Client liaison on any Health and Safety and operational matters

-Ensure any 3rd party visits organized directly or by the team are following the 3rd party access procedures

-Communicate any 3rd party/Client requests to relevant Recurrent Energy employees and managers so that all safe measures can be taken to accommodate those requests

• Where required managing operational delivery of each project in conjunction with all requirements under CDM 2015 have been addressed before any planned project works commences; Including the implementation and management of:

-all welfare arrangements on site

-H&S File and O&M manual amendments

-The Construction Phase Plan (CPP) that has been prepared.

-Statutory Notices (F10, HSE Poster, Site Rules and Safety Alerts)

-Risk management of projects

-Ensure sufficient site manager/works supervisor management for the project

• Ensuring the technical aspect of the project have been verified and approved
• Managing subcontractor during the quoting phase and the onsite operations
• Identify and support H&S improvements in line with Recurrent Energy continuous improvement philosophy
• Ensure operational policies and procedures are adhered to
• Ensure Health and Safety is integrated into all business processes
• Knowing and following our Golden Rules
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
• Excellent presentation and networking skills with the ability to deal effectively with a range of audiences and stakeholders
• A valid current driving licence and access to a car
