Role: Second in Faculty - Art, Design and Technology

Academy: Outwood Academy Ormesby

Start Date: September 2025

Salary (Actual Salary): MPS-UPS £31,650 - £49,084 plus TLR 2.1 (£3391)

About The Role

We seek an exceptional teacher to act as Second in Faculty for Art, Design & Technology. This leadership role involves inspiring students and colleagues, supporting staff development, and working closely with the Head of Faculty. The ideal candidate will be an Art specialist with excellent classroom practice, subject expertise, and curriculum knowledge. About The Department

Our Creative Arts and Technology team aims to deliver excellent Arts education. The department includes Art, Technology, Drama, and Music teachers, with active involvement in extracurricular activities and cross-subject collaboration. Applicants must hold UK QTS or equivalent qualifications.
