Job description

Job Opportunity: Endur ETRM Support Lead

Exciting opportunity for an Endur ETRM Support Lead to join a world-leading consultancy, working on-site with an energy/oil major company.

This role is for an experienced Endur 2nd Line Support professional with proven capability in supporting key business and technical processes, including:

  1. At least 5 years of demonstrable experience using the Endur product
  2. The role is based in London, with 3 days per week in the office
  3. Endur support with techno-functional experience, preferably in front and middle office
  4. In-depth functional understanding of the Endur product, preferably with Gas, Power, or LNG market experience
  5. Proven experience in 1st/2nd Line support, with a desire to grow in this area, and ability to resolve issues effectively
  6. Experience working directly with users (both in-office and remotely) to understand and resolve issues promptly
  7. Ability to build and maintain business relationships, collaborating with management and trading desks on support, escalation, and technical challenges
  8. Good understanding of deal lifecycle processes
  9. Experience handling major incidents
  10. Ability to triage and prioritize issues using company processes and experience
  11. Excellent communication skills, with experience in a commercial environment

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with AWS platform and technologies
  2. Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management
  3. Experience with the ITRS Geneos platform/application
  4. Experience developing and using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools

This role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work within a large, globally dispersed, multicultural project team, and being a self-starter, logical thinker, quick learner, with strong initiative. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
