We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our company as a Store Manager at one of our CALZEDONIA stores based in London.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the District Manager and Country Manager, the Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the store. This includes maintaining the highest standards of customer service and ensuring strict adherence to all Calzedonia UK Ltd policies and procedures. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the brand’s reputation, driving growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Maximize the turnover of the store by setting daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Calzedonia products and brands.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Deal with customer returns and complaints.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store presentation.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and product transfers efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate the team, conduct performance appraisals, and develop staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including till operations, staffing rotas, and health & safety compliance.
  • Monitor store KPIs and sales performance, plan promotions, and coordinate store events.
