We’re looking for a Programme Delivery Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity, and customer focus to our Asset Management team. You’ll play a vital part in supporting planned and major works in our residents’ homes, making a real difference to the communities we serve.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary management for the Programme Delivery and wider Asset Management team

Supporting surveyors and planned works through appointment scheduling and document management

Monitoring project progress and managing documentation

Taking accurate minutes at contractor and strategy meetings

Keeping asset data up to date and maintaining effective records

Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and CRM always delivering excellent service

Helping the team communicate project updates across the organisation and to residents

What we’re looking for:

We’re after someone who:

Has at least two years’ administrative experience in a busy team environment

Is a confident communicator with great written and verbal skills

Can juggle tasks and prioritise like a pro

Is experienced in using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word mail merge, and Outlook)

Brings a positive, customer-first attitude

Is proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn

If you’ve worked with housing or asset management systems before, that’s a plus but not essential.
