An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join their team at a school in Small Heath. Job description

My client is looking for a Site Supervisor to work at a School around the Small Heath area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP on a long-term ongoing basis initially until the end of July 2025 and it does have the potential to become Permanent for the right person.

You will be expected to work the following hours:

5.30am-1pm OR 12pm-6.30pm (Monday-Friday)

Candidates should have the following:
  • School caretaker/ site supervisor experience, with good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site.
  • Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their initiative, and have good time management.
  • You would be required to open or lock up and secure the school on a daily basis, so keyholding experience would be useful.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP.
