Job Description
  • Placing orders for agreed materials and ensuring management of stocks
  • Reducing wastage and minimising over/understocks, in line with the Company policies
  • Manage and stabilise prices
  • Understand and work with the MRP system to create orders for production materials and plan their deliveries
  • Manage and develop day-to-day relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Keep MRP system data clean and up-to-date
  • Update relevant trackers and systems
  • Communicate efficiently with internal teams
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of material categories

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Confidence and experience in dealing with various stakeholders (both internal and external) at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality or food manufacturing
