Job Description

To receive, pick, and consolidate customer orders using the Manhattan warehouse management system (WMS). Maintain the flow of product in and out of the area as required.

Carry out all tasks efficiently to ensure business continuity for Fowler Welch and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Load/unload product in line with company policies and procedures.
• Complete correct documentation for inbound and despatch loads.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are in designated areas.
• Ensure goods are picked and assembled accurately.
• Secure despatched loads properly before leaving the loading bay.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Follow safety practices according to health & safety policies, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards.
• Handle customer returns appropriately.
• Assist Stock Controllers when needed.
• Support colleagues and promote a courteous environment.
