What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Project Manager to join our Technology department at our racecourse in Ascot, Berkshire.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Collaborating with the Technology Manager on programme management and project delivery.
  2. Communicating effectively across all levels of the business.
  3. Building strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
  4. Managing key systems such as EPOS, Access Control, and Visitor Management, liaising with stakeholders for delivery, development, and troubleshooting.
  5. Implementing and managing new projects, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing change management.
  6. Maintaining thorough documentation on business solutions.
  7. Supporting the delivery of Royal Ascot and assisting with race day operations.
Skills and Experience
  1. Proven project management skills with experience delivering technology projects.
  2. Experience in product management.
  3. Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  4. Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
  5. Experience in events or sporting venues is beneficial.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
