Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking a fixed-term, part-time Research Assistant to join the School of Social Sciences this Summer 2025.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to conduct basic research and assist the Project Lead with two projects funded by the Dawes Trust:
The position is for 13 months, part-time at 17.5 hours/week (0.5 FTE), with a salary of £19,222 per year. It provides an excellent chance to develop research skills, especially in applied methods, and to deepen understanding of the growing issue of fraud in the UK and globally.

Actual salary: £19,222 per annum for 0.5 FTE (equivalent to £38,443 per annum FTE). Benefits include a competitive salary, pension scheme, 31 days paid leave, hybrid working options, and a central London location.
