Job Title: Response Operative

Location: Craigavon (BT66)

Shift Pattern: 4-day shift rotation: 4 days on, 4 days off, then 4 nights on, 4 days off. Shifts are 12 hours each: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM / 6:00 PM–6:00 AM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers in our Alarm Monitoring Centre.
  • Analyse CCTV images and respond to live security and fire system activations.
  • Liaise with emergency services when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, update customer databases, and escalate unresolved issues.
