Role Overview:

As a Digital Designer for our e-commerce brands, you will be instrumental in evolving our brand and visual identity. Reporting to the Creative Team Manager, you will craft user-centric digital designs that enhance the customer journey and strengthen our brand presence across platforms.

You will work on multiple brands within our Contact Lens Hub and Value Eyewear Hub portfolios, ensuring that our creative output remains innovative, cohesive, and aligned with business goals. This hybrid role requires working in our Kensington office two days a week, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Create visual assets for websites, emails, PR, social media, and paid partnerships.
  2. Collaborate with Content and CRM teams to produce engaging imagery, especially for email campaigns.
  3. Design motion graphics for performance channels aligned with campaign requirements.
  4. Influence design thinking across the business and develop best practices.
  5. Participate in creative sessions, presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
  6. Work cross-functionally to translate business objectives into compelling designs that engage and convert.
  7. Develop creative programs and concepts supporting brand and proposition strategies.
  8. Coordinate with UX teams to ensure website design is consistent and on-brand.
  9. Assist the brand team with creative and design tasks, including brand audits.
