The Offer:

1. Supervise the management of stocks of goods, drinks, products
2. Collaborate with other teams to execute daily F&B operations
3. Responsible for conducting inventories
4. Ensure an excellent guest experience
5. Participate in determining replenishment needs and placing orders
6. Take reservations and prepare seating plans
7. Propose team and operations improvements
8. Ensure compliance with the hotel’s values and standards
9. Transmit ascending and descending information and instructions

Requirements:

1. Passionate about Food and Beverage with strong knowledge of the division
2. Experience in F&B management for a 4-star hotel is a plus
3. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferable
4. Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
5. Good computer knowledge and ability
6. Able to multi-task, proactive, and good with time management
