What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide our customers with an outstanding service by taking ownership of transactional or service requests and answering product queries. They also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms, offering flexible banking options.
We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, ambitious, helpful, and able to converse well. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine passion and a helpful personality, which we can nurture and develop.

When & Where you'll work
This full-time role involves 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30. Not all branches operate on Saturdays. If on a student visa, note that working 35 hours/week may not be permitted. Occasionally, support for other local branches may be required, with expenses reimbursed.
Your Training
Full in-branch training over 8 days across 2 weeks will prepare you for your role. Attendance is mandatory; holidays during training are not permitted.
