The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practice focuses on advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology, especially ERP/HCM applications.

You will serve as a lead consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions, involved in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, primarily focusing on project delivery. Your scope includes services across full ERP & HCM solutions using Oracle Cloud SaaS products, extending to other Oracle Cloud technologies as needed.

In your role, you will foster strong relationships and teamwork with colleagues and clients, contribute to solution development, and support business growth.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Lead Functional Consultant within our Enterprise Applications practice, you will:

• Lead the definition and delivery of procurement solutions within projects, collaborating with sales and delivery teams, and designing client-specific solutions using your Oracle Procurement Cloud expertise.
• Engage deeply with Procurement solutions, leading teams and delivering specialist activities based on your experience as a Procurement implementation consultant.
• Handle all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations, participate in technical discussions, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders to understand and align with their requirements.
• Be part of the Enterprise Applications team, contributing to ERP solution implementation, especially Procurement solutions, working with both onshore and offshore consultants.
• Collaborate with practice leaders, project managers, solutions architects, and consultants to deliver projects successfully.
• Build your reputation as a leader in Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions, both internally and externally.

Candidate Profile

Joining as a Procurement Lead Functional Consultant, the minimum criteria include:

• Relevant Oracle Cloud Procurement certification and extensive experience in similar consulting and project roles, including sales and practice development.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Procurement Cloud implementation lead, with strong solution design and delivery skills.

Additional desired skills (not mandatory but beneficial):

• Experience with other Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM modules, with certifications and project experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of convincing and influencing clients.
• Experience in project leadership and oversight, alongside individual contribution roles.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as needed.
