Site Manager - Retail Fit-Out/Refurbishment

Site Manager (Retail Refurbishment/Remodel) - Farnborough - 15 Weeks - Up to £280 Per Shift (CIS)

Our client, a leading Main Contractor working within the fit-out industry, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of an extensive Remodel/Refurbishment project within a live environment in Farnborough. This role involves managing a flagship project involved with the refurbishment, upgrade, and remodel of a live trading area.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the No.1 Site Manager on site.
2. Manage large fit-out projects with a recent work history.
3. Report to a site-based Project Lead (one on Days & one on Nights).
4. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations on site.
5. Deliver daily inductions and toolbox talks.
6. Ensure the site is running to programme and address any issues as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CSCS Card.
2. First Aid at Work certification.
3. SMSTS certification.
4. Experience working for a Main/Principal Contractor and dealing directly with the end-user/client.
