About the Job

We have a unique opportunity for a Motability Car Sales Specialist to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Coventry. As a Motability Specialist, customer care will always come first. You’ll take the time to talk to customers, build rapport, and identify their requirements. It’s about matching the person to the right car with suitable features and add-ons.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week), and 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis.

Benefits include: Use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Handle all Motability car enquiry leads, converting appointments into sales and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Advise customers on suitable vehicles, extras, accessories, and value-adding products.
  • Manage the sales process from meet and greet, test drive, presentation, to delivery and handover of the vehicle.
  • Make outbound calls to Motability customers due for renewal.
About You

This role may suit someone with experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You should have a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets, and be able to quickly build rapport with customers. A valid UK driver’s license is required. Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
