About the Role

Lounge Cleaner - Emirates Glasgow Airport

Package Description

• £12.50 per hour
• Casual Role
• Working between 9am-4pm
• Must be able to provide 5 years of address and employment history

Main Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwasher, cleaning all crockery, cutlery, trays, and kitchen items, then put all clean items away.
• Thoroughly clean the dishwasher at the end of each shift.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping counters.
• Empty waste bins and rubbish, then move to collection point.
• Ensure buffet and stock levels of food and beverages are maintained and replenished according to standards and food safety regulations, including HACCP.
• Store or display products with proper date coding, stock rotation, and labeling using shelf life guidelines.
