Real Estate Finance Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £55,000-£75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor supporting high-quality clients across a range of commercial property and real estate finance matters. JOB REF:9727.

THE ROLE:
• Handle a diverse caseload of real estate finance matters including bridging loans, development finance, and refinancing work.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, and property aspects of business sales, purchases, and reorganisations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service on cross-functional matters.
• Play an active role in business development, including client networking and sector events.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Real Estate, with demonstrable experience in real estate finance and secured lending.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a meticulous approach to due diligence.
• A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is keen to grow professionally.
