Are you experienced in supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related needs? We're looking for a dedicated Autism Specialist Assistant to join the team at an SEN school in Bristol, BS5.

Role Overview: As an Autism Specialist Assistant, you will:

• Support students with ASD and Autism on a 1:1 or small group basis.
• Implement tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviours.
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.

About You: As an Autism Specialist Assistant you will have:

• Graduate in a relevant field such as psychology or criminology OR a good education background (GCSE's in Maths and English).
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
• Enhanced DBS Check (We can assist with this).
