We operate in India, USA, and the UK, with nurseries in London and Windsor, all rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted. We blend Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches with a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years, emphasizing play, engagement, and love. What we offer:

On Level 2 Apprenticeship:

• Salary: £18,200 for full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Salary increases upon qualification to £26,000

On Level 3 Apprenticeship:

• Salary: £19,240 for full-time (40 hrs/week)
• Salary increases to £21,320 after Level 2 sign-off (within 2 months)
• Additional pay in the second year to minimum wage for age
• Post-qualification salary: at least £26,499 + £500 bonus

Role Responsibilities:

Support in creating a safe, inspiring environment, delivering activities aligned with EYFS, communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring safeguarding, assisting with mealtimes, and contributing to a nurturing environment respecting diversity.

• Passion for Early Years and Childcare, hardworking, eager to learn
• Experience with children, ideally in a nursery setting

• GCSEs in Maths and English desirable; functional skills tests if not
