BOOKKEEPER
Full Time: no less than 30 hours (4 days)
Office: St Ives
Hybrid working available: Yes
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000. Study options available
Duties:
- Managing the bookkeeping needs of a portfolio of clients
- Posting/processing of sales and purchase invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Answering ad hoc client queries - dealing with clients via email, phone, face-to-face
- Working closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate reporting
Desired Experience/Qualifications/Qualities:
- Practice experience preferred but not essential - bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience using Xero & Sage bookkeeping platforms - SAGE not so much although training will be given
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients preferable
