Pay rate starting from: £12.89 an hour, weekly pay

Are you a compassionate individual looking to make a difference in people's lives? Jane Lewis is looking for Care Assistants in Colwyn Bay and the surrounding areas.

We are offering an exciting opportunity working within our group owned residential service in Colwyn Bay, who specialize in supporting young adults with varying needs including neurological conditions, physical and learning disabilities.

As an Agency Care Assistant we can offer you:

1. Flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle
2. Pay rates - £13.16 - £14.00 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
3. 24/7 support from our branch team
4. Opportunity for further development, including access to NVQs
5. Your DBS update service fee covered*
6. Weekly Pay
7. £150 guaranteed if we cannot provide you with a shift within 14 days of sign off**

If you:

1. Are over the age of 18 to apply
2. Have the right to work in the UK.
3. Are a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
4. Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
5. Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
6. Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
7. Are able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
8. Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
9. Are registered with Social Care Wales
