Description

Solar Sales Consultant
As a leader in the residential solar industry, Trinity Solar prides itself on its ability to understand the needs of our customers, provide top notch service and support on all our installations, and contribute to a cleaner planet. Solar is expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, so now is the time to join our high performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business. This role is ideal for a candidate with approximately two to three years of sales experience. With our uncapped commission and paid training model, first year reps average between $100k-$125k OTE.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and warm leads generated through our marketing efforts and Field Team.
  2. Conduct thorough discovery conversations to uncover pain points, challenges, and goals of potential customers.
  3. Listen actively and ask relevant questions to gather comprehensive information.
  4. Present solutions that directly address the prospect's identified needs and align with their objectives.
  5. Overcome objections and negotiate terms to bring about successful closures.
  6. Maintain focus on achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  7. Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information obtained during interactions with prospects.
  8. Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to ensure a healthy pipeline of potential sales.
  9. Customize demonstrations to highlight features and capabilities most relevant to the prospect's needs.
  10. Address questions and concerns effectively during and after the demo to maintain interest and move the sales process forward.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proven inside/outside sales experience in industries such as - Automotive, Construction and Remodeling are highly desired.
  2. Ability to self-generate business through various techniques.
  3. Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistently.
  4. Strong phone and in-home presence.
  5. Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Reliable transportation in the form of your own vehicle.
  8. Cell Phone with data plan.
  9. Effective listener with strong presentation capabilities.
  10. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
