Product Marketing Manager – Medical Industry (hybrid working)

The Role:
- This is a hybrid role, with a couple of days a week in the office, located near Bromley.
- As the Product Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to generate demand and drive product line growth in key areas.
- You’ll be proficient with current marketing technologies and trends including AI, SEO, social media, sales enablement, and identifying partnerships.
- You’ll plan and execute local and national conferences, utilising event strategies to build engagement and increase new order value.
- You will develop a deep understanding of market needs, including decision makers, value propositions, etc.
- You will build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Partners throughout the UK, across the NHS, private sector, and academia.
- Reporting directly to the UK MD and working closely with the global marketing team, collaborating on key projects and the overall UK strategy.
- You’ll provide product training to the UK sales staff and other key persons as required.
- You will utilise SalesForce, maintain accurate information, manage databases, and update content as needed.
The Ideal Person:
- You have a BSc or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years experience within medical devices, med-tech, pharma, along with some product marketing experience.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential for this role.
- Experience with SalesForce is a benefit but not essential; good experience with CRM systems is vital!
- You need to be self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills.
- The company seeks an individual passionate about making a difference!
- You should have a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and high-level written, verbal, presentation, and telephone skills.
- Traveling as required for exhibitions, conferences, customer sites, and training is necessary.
- You must be flexible to work some evenings or weekends due to the nature of some events.
- This is a hybrid role; you need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bromley.
- Right to work in the UK is required – no sponsorship available.
Package info:
- Basic salary up to £60k
