The Role

Based at our London head office, this placement role involves working as part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team. We seek a bright, proactive university student eager to join a fast-paced IT Support team with a collaborative, challenging, and rewarding culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Frontline IT Support - Be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support via walk-ups, remote access, and deskside assistance.
  • Ticket Management - Log, prioritize, and categorize issues in our support desk system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Hardware & Software Setup - Prepare and configure computers, install software, and set up monitors, docking stations, and business applications.
  • User Access Management - Manage accounts in Azure AD, Office 365, VPN, and SaaS services.
  • New Starters & Onboarding - Ensure all IT equipment and access are ready for new employees before their start date.
  • Office Technology Maintenance - Conduct daily checks on office equipment, including printers, video conferencing, telephone systems, and TV walls.
  • Project Work - Assist the team in delivering key IT initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft technologies, such as Office365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10 and Apple Mac operating systems.
  • Highly organized, capable of working at pace with a 'get things done' attitude.
  • Proactive approach with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
