Express Recruitment is proud to be working with an Engineering Consultancy based in Nottingham, specializing in manufacturing solutions. They are looking to hire an Industrial Project Manager on a full-time, permanent basis to deliver projects for the company on time and within scope and budget.

The successful candidate will create and maintain project plans and forecasts. They will manage and escalate issues when required, identify mitigation plans, propose correct costings, and manage customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable Project Management experience, a strong understanding of financial and budget management, and certification in Prince2, APM PMQ, and/or APM Agile.

For the position, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£60,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including a pension scheme, sick pay, training, and a car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Create and maintain project plans and forecasts
• Manage and escalate project-related risks and issues
• Identify mitigation plans when required
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project changes and variations
• Act as the first point of contact for project-related issues
• Propose correct costings and schedules
• Create and maintain resource plans

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable Project Management experience with automation experience being desirable
• Strong understanding of financial and budget management
• Experience working with and managing multiple teams
• Certification in Prince2, APM PMQ, and/or APM Agile is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package including Word and Excel
