The role:
You will join a multidisciplinary senior team of about 6 members, including Principal and Senior Software Engineers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. Your tasks will include supporting machine learning teams with deploying and maintaining models in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Your responsibilities include optimizing model performance, mitigating risks, refining deployment pipelines to meet governance and regulatory standards, and collaborating with the ML platform team on tools like feature stores and model registries.
This role acts as the bridge between data science and platform engineering teams, promoting MLOps best practices, resolving inference and retraining bottlenecks, and addressing production issues to improve system robustness and cost efficiency.
