Job Title: Biostatistician for AI Model Training

We are seeking a biostatistician to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications:

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
2. Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.
