We are looking for an experienced Team Member to join the team at Urquhart Castle. Situated in one of the most scenic spots to admire Loch Ness, the views from the cafe are breathtaking. We offer a variety of products, from hot meals, deli sandwiches and salads, to lovely cakes and coffee. We always strive to provide an exceptional experience for tourists looking to enjoy a break with us.

About the Team Member role

• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables
• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times
• Supporting the team through proactive teamwork and cooperation

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
