Position Overview

1. An experienced and well-rounded Residential Property Solicitor is highly sought after to join the busy residential property team of this leading regional practice.
2. The role involves handling the entire conveyancing process from start to finish, dealing with a wide range of transactions.
3. The residential property department covers all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, and sales and purchases.
4. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years PQE with their own caseload of matters for a diverse client base.
5. Applicants should possess excellent drafting and technical skills and have enthusiasm for business development and networking.
6. This position suits an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive seeking a new challenge and career progression within a forward-thinking firm.
7. Salary depends on experience; working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
