Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to elevating our customer experience and have experience interacting with customers over the phone.
Joining our team means taking ownership of customer inquiries and ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed their expectations. We are in search of individuals who possess a deep understanding of providing 5-star service and are committed to excelling in their roles.
As a member of this dynamic team, you will work a minimum of 24 hours per week, during 4 evening shifts from Monday to Friday (any hours between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm), Saturday (between 5:00pm and 9pm) with an 8-hour shift every Sunday (between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm). The specific working hours will be determined at the end of the recruitment process.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, along with uncapped commission based on the activity you generate. Join us and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
