This opportunity is a visible appointment that will take your career to the next level! We are seeking an experienced professional who has worked in complex case management, claims, grant management, dispute resolution, and who can demonstrate a commitment to social justice and rule of law.

Your new role

You will be responsible for :

  • Undertaking end to end case management activities. Interpreting and applying policy, legislation, procedures and practices to the management of cases received.
  • Applying legislation while adhering to organisational guidelines and policies.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and positively contribute to the outcomes expected under the business goals.
  • Providing final clearance for legal documentation.
  • Preparing and maintaining electronic record keeping.

What you'll need to succeed

Applicants will additionally need to demonstrate :

  • Previous experience applying legislation and / or policy coverage is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Government review and assessment, insurance, and healthcare case management experience is highly regarded.
