Credit ControllerWhat You'll Need to Succeed
- Familiarity with Xero (preferred but not essential)
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliations: Managing both client and office accounts.
- Electronic Payments: Setting up and sending CHAPS, Faster Payments, BACS, and internal transfers.
- Billing/Credit Notes: Handling billing and credit notes.
- Debit/Credit Card Transactions: Managing transactions.
- General Administrative Tasks: Including matter listing housekeeping, write-offs, journals, and scanning.
- Credit Control
Work Arrangements
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Holidays
25 working days.
