Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

It is Tesco's policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling to match your availability, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts.
