Lead Dental Nurse / Worcester Park, London / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Worcester Park, London to recruit a Lead Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Mixed practice environment.
• Full time opportunity – 40 hours per week available.
• Monday – Friday with working hours to be discussed.
• Late evening on Thursdays until 6.45pm.
• Rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience.
• Fully funded GDC, CPD & professional indemnity fees.
• Practice bonus scheme in place.
• Uniform provided.
• Nurses must have at least 2 years’ Dental Nursing experience.
• Dental Nurses will assist in various duties such as:

1. Chairside duties
2. Patient care
3. Infection control
4. Setting up decontamination of instruments
5. Maintaining equipment
6. Leading & mentoring a team of Nurses
7. Overseeing reception & staff rotas
8. Ensuring CQC requirements are met & managing audits
9. Maintaining stock
10. Working alongside the PM to ensure the smooth running of the practice
11. Occasional reception duties

Practice provides general dentistry alongside Implants, Orthodontics & Hygiene services.
