CF Group is a leading specialist in piling and ground-engineering projects across Australia’s east coast. Business is booming, and we’re inviting experienced UK professionals to swap rainy commutes for coastal sun and career-defining work.

Who we’re keen to meet

• Site Supervisors – proven on-site leadership, HSEQ focus, ability to drive program and productivity
• Piling Rig Operators – competent on Klemm, Soilmec, Mait, Bauer or equivalent rigs (CFA, rotary, secant, D-wall, anchors)
• Project Engineers – degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with solid piling or geotechnical project exposure

Our HR team will guide you through visa paperwork, medicals and licences. We cover the first month’s accommodation and pair you with a relocation buddy so you’re not navigating everything solo. Once you’re settled and smashing it on site, we’ll start the sponsorship conversation.
