An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architect to join an award-winning architectural practice.

This role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

As an Architect, you will be leading design and technical delivery on architectural schemes from concept to completion.

They would prefer senior level candidates.

You will be responsible for:

1. Running projects day-to-day, ensuring design and delivery align with the RIBA Plan of Work
2. Acting as the main point of contact for clients on selected commissions
3. Leading design team coordination and overseeing documentation
4. Supporting junior team members with mentoring and supervision
5. Preparing planning and building control submissions
6. Liaising with consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies throughout project stages
7. Producing architectural drawings, models, reports, and presentations
8. Maintaining comprehensive records including project trackers and site reports
9. Ensuring adherence to the scope of service and alerting senior colleagues to potential changes

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as an Architect or in a similar role
2. ARB-registered Architect with RIBA Parts 1, 2, and 3 (or equivalent qualifications recognised by UK NARIC)
3. Proven experience working across all RIBA work stages, ideally as a project runner
4. Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
5. Strong design and technical ability with a keen eye for detail
6. Commitment to continued professional development
