About Urban Reef

Urban Reef is a contemporary Bournemouth seaside bar and restaurant located next to the beach on Boscombe Promenade. It features a stylish two-storey venue with a bar, café, deli, and restaurant, offering stunning panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay from the Isle of Wight to the Purbecks and beyond.

Your Role

At Shepherd Neame, we understand that first impressions matter. You will play a vital role in welcoming customers warmly and delivering excellent service at every opportunity.

If you do not have previous hospitality experience, don't worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
