Customer Service Administrator – Bank
Contract: Temporary
Available Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 6:30am – 2:30pm, 8:00am – 4:00pm, 12:30pm – 8:30pm

Do you thrive in an admin role and enjoy being part of a supportive, dynamic team? KIMS Hospital has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front of House team as a Customer Service Administrator.

In this role, you'll be the friendly face and supportive voice that helps patients, visitors, and staff feel welcome and valued. You’ll work closely with multiple departments, including Main Reception, Outpatients, and Preassessment, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role and are passionate about providing excellent service, we want to hear from you! Experience in healthcare is a plus but not essential.

This bank role offers flexible working hours to cover holidays, absences, and fluctuating hospital volumes, with department operating hours from 6:30am to 8:30pm, Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients, visitors, consultants, and staff with a warm welcome, guiding them to the right departments
  2. Handle face-to-face and phone inquiries, providing information and making appointments
  3. Manage patient appointments and records while liaising with patients and hospital staff
  4. Provide timely, accurate, and professional admin support to all hospital departments
  5. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with all hospital members

What we’re looking for:

  1. GCSE standard (or equivalent) education
  2. Proven experience in a customer service role
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  5. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
