Job Description:

Overview

This is an outbased role where approximately 60% of your time will be spent directly engaging with customers. Additionally, a company car is provided to fulfill the requirements of this role.

Join the world of PepsiCo Impulse sales, working closely with customers to grow their business and make a real impact. Your innovation, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial spirit will be utilized in this fast-paced environment where ideas can be implemented quickly.

You will work in the Away From Home channel, developing our direct food service route to market customers across Buying Groups and Direct wholesale customers, in collaboration with the Direct Foodservice NAM. You will also manage a portfolio of around 30 National & Regional accounts, working cross-functionally with the wider team and building strong relationships with external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of strategies across your direct Foodservice customer base, including Joint Business Plans (JBPs), to grow core business and expand brand presence.
  • Develop customer wiring plans with the Direct Foodservice NAM, including engagement with Buyers, Marketing, Telesales, and other teams.
  • Implement marketing programs, NPD, and range initiatives aligned with channel strategy, while promoting digital engagement.
  • Manage relationships within the AFH sub-channel, representing customer and channel interests internally and externally.
  • Support terms and revenue model development with internal teams.
  • Drive new business strategies, lead tender renewals, and collaborate with the New Business team.
  • Monitor performance through monthly reporting, analyzing metrics, and making necessary adjustments.
