Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Assist in menu development, taking into consideration culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding of kitchen staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
  • Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Sous Chef
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.
