Casual Theatre Technician

The Casual Theatre Technician will provide high-quality design, technical, and practical support for a busy Performance Arts Faculty and Theatre complex. The successful candidate will have strong skills in Sound, Lighting, AV Design, and Operation, and will also be comfortable assisting with stage management when required.

Salary: Based on Roedean NTS Points 19 - £14.31 per hour.

Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Therefore, the school may ask applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form prior to interview, including those which are 'spent' unless they are 'protected' under DBS filtering rules, to assess suitability to work with children.
