OPPORTUNITY:

• AXL + CO by Connor is a brand-new menswear business that opened its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and is expanding rapidly.
• We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO by Connor brand, including front-of-house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, visual merchandising, and managing wages.
• This is a Store Manager's Dream! This role has everything you need to feel empowered and motivated, with clear paths to success and progression.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience.
• Confident, authentic, down-to-earth, and fun!
• Experience managing a team of more than 3.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven sales track record.
• Ability to achieve store budgets and meet KPI expectations.
• Analytical mindset to identify store opportunities and a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.
• Leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
• Flexible to work independently or with others as required by the roster.
