We seek an SAP IT Project Manager with solid functional understanding of SAP FMS, especially in Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and Master Data (MDM). The role involves hands-on SAP experience in projects/support, coordination skills, and a business-oriented mindset. You will bridge our business teams, SAP support, and external vendors, ensuring smooth SAP distribution operations and leading international SAP Retail rollouts in AMER, EMEA, and Japan.

How will you contribute?

SAP Support for Distribution Processes:

  • Demonstrate McQueen behaviors.
  • Be the main IT contact for SAP-related issues in supply chain (order management, warehouse operations, financial flows, master data).
  • Coordinate with users and IT for incidents, bugs, and enhancements.
  • Align with other brands and group teams on issues and improvements.
  • Manage testing and validation of fixes and enhancements.
  • Guide and train users on SAP, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
  • Propose improvements to SAP processes and configurations.
  • Create functional specifications for applications and follow up development.
  • Coordinate with security teams on user roles and authorizations.
  • Act as SAP liaison for integration and system interfacing.

SAP for Retail Rollout Projects:

  • Oversee SAP for Retail implementation in international regions.
  • Ensure SAP templates align with brand-specific processes.
  • Manage all project phases from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate on training, change management, and go-live support.
  • Post-rollout, support users in the new retail scope.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with SAP in a functional or project coordination role (FMS ECC6 preferred).
  • Understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP AFO and user training ability.
  • Retail and fashion industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder management, clear communication, and issue resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
  • Problem-solving, structured approach, and team orientation.
