Salary: £26,500.00 + 12% pension + 33 days holiday + flexible/hybrid working + exceptional benefits

Role Objectives:

  1. Actively seek ways to reduce administration tasks from the senior leadership team.
  2. Foster strong relationships with sales team members, acting as the central point of contact for recruitment marketing.
  3. Assist in creating and disseminating market-led sales communications, ensuring they are efficiently accessible on relevant channels (website, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
  4. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal recruitment campaigns.
  5. Support the promotion of our brand internally.
  6. Undertake any administrative task that supports business needs.
  7. Drive administrative efficiency and contribute to new ways of working.

What’s needed:

  1. Familiarity with office software: Excel, Canva, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  2. Speedy and accurate typing: No typos, no delays – just precision.
  3. Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to avoid data entry errors. Accurate at proofreading.
  4. Time management: Ability to effectively plan and juggle multiple demands.
  5. Communication skills: Clear, professional, and accurate. Keep everyone on the same page.
  6. Mature Personality: Responsible, accountable, emotionally intelligent.
  7. Learning Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and improve. Ability to absorb information quickly and respond positively to change and direction.
  8. People-First Attitude: Demonstrate authenticity, passion, empathy, transparency, and kindness towards customers and colleagues.

This permanent role offers great flexibility to work part-time or full-time and numerous opportunities for learning. You will work both collaboratively and independently. Whilst this role offers hybrid working, applications will only be considered for individuals that live within a 30-minute commute to our York city centre office.
