Job Title: Content Marketing Executive

Location: Winchester, Hampshire

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

As a global and fast-expanding business, Sigma-HSE is looking for an experienced Technical Content Marketing Executive. The candidate should have experience with technical consultancy services and ideally be familiar with process safety and materials testing.

The applicant will coordinate the production of technical sales materials to develop new and existing services.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Storytelling: Positioning, messaging, brand awareness building, and customer conversion. Be an expert on product differentiators and translate these into clear, simple messages for target industry segments.
2. Marketing strategies: Develop effective marketing strategies to communicate Sigma-HSE's services and benefits to customers.
3. Content creation: Produce and edit social media posts, videos, resources, case studies, blogs, and podcasts.
4. Podcast development and delivery.
5. Advertising: Maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. 3rd party support: Support sales with increased brand and service awareness on third-party platforms and sites.
7. SEO: Assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining SEO activities.

Key Requirements

1. Good verbal and written communication skills for creating engaging technical case studies, social media posts, and marketing scripts.
2. Strong market research skills with the ability to understand customer needs and experiences.
3. Outstanding social media marketing skills to connect with audiences and foster relationships.
4. Excellent copywriting and design skills for producing compelling sales materials for online and print media.
5. Analytical skills for evaluating and discovering effective marketing strategies.
6. A keen eye for detail and a flair for creative design.
7. Ability to work with multinational companies and colleagues.

Essential Requirements

1. Full UK driving license is essential.
2. Candidates must already have authorization to live and work in the UK.
3. Candidates should live or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of Winchester, UK.
