Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate health and social care professional for a Service Leader position based in Gateshead.

  • Experience in health or social care settings

  • Experience working with individuals requiring intensive support
  • Proficiency with basic IT systems (training available)
  • Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3, Care Management Level 3)
