Our RedBull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand RedBull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the RedBull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers. Student Marketeers value flexibility over a 9 to 5 job and love working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
  • Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through product sampling at the right place and time, and competently answer consumer questions.
  • Create and implement a tailored, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key local individuals and networks.
  • Drive brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
  • Support RedBull events and create memorable brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible in outlets, and help open new distribution points within and beyond your campus.
  • Leverage RedBull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are met.
  • Execute tasks with attention to detail and excellence.
  • Share ideas, collaborate with the team, and report activities regularly and accurately.
  • Provide local insights and identify trends to develop the RedBull media business.

  • Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
  • Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the collegiate landscape, city, and region.
  • Highly approachable and social, able to relate to diverse people.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, responsible, and proactive.
  • Able to manage part-time work and studies, with availability for some evenings and weekends.
  • Interested in learning and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
  • Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.
  • Willing to travel 20-30%.
